Rust mitigation

After 4.5 months in the Florida keys I have rust showing up in a few places.  Mainly on the tow bar, tow bar receptacle, and side of the steps conversion.  I'll have to crawl around underneath (safely supported) to look for more.

I'm looking for recommendations on rust mitigation products.

Any Phosphoric acid works good, and as John 44 said paint it after drying.
