Dometic 10 button thermostat problem

The zone 1 on the thermostat is not letting the heat come on without the air conditioner coming on also. I am getting around the problem by turning off the circuit breaker to the front A/C at this time, but would like to solve the problem. The rear zone 2 is working as it should. Google didn't turn any thing up.

Reset is hold mode and zone.

The solution was to make sure zone 1 has the fan speed set to auto.
