Splendide XC2100 leaking into drain pan

First time we noticed water in the drain pan I installed when putting in the washer (thanking myself now for taking the trouble!). We are one week into our big trip now and had washed a couple of loads with no issue. We decided to sanitize the fresh water system because the coach hadn't been used in many months and Tys with the SSS (super sensitive sniffer) noticed an oder when using the hot water. It diminished over time but we decided to nuke it with a cup of bleach added to fresh tank using the filter housing to introduce the bleach. First I drained the tank to about 10% and then added the bleach to the filter housing and then added about 70 gallons of fresh. We let it sit about 3 or 4 hours while we went to town. After running all the taps to introduce it system wide (after shutting the RO drinking water system off). The water appeared in the drain pan after running the washer through the recommended lint cleaning procedure. Looking for input on where to start the troubleshooting... I have some ideas, but the wisdom of the forum usually provides a shorter path to resolution. For now the water supply to the washer is turned off and we will revisit the issue tomorrow. I have heard that Splendide offers useful telephone support and we will be testing that theory. Thoughts?

Yes, they are extremely helpful by phone.  I bought a used 2100XC on Craig's list. A clue that was before I bought it they said they never ran it, just took it out of a used rv they bought and they were from an area that gets freezing temperatures. (Freezing a non winterized pump will ruin the pump).

Expecting an issue, fired it up to yes, not working.  Called Splendide, said it was one of two parts, one was the pump.  They even emailed a diagram of how to test to see which one was bad.  Because of it's age, and the freezing climate it was from, I just ordered the pump, installed easily, and it fixed the issue.

Because of their exceptional service and inventory of parts, I'd be hard pressed to own anythingg but a Splendide.  I've owned 4 and have had similar other issue experiences with them.  Best of luck on yours.
