Vibration meter

Anyone out there know of or used a vibration meter, many stationary engines use them as a permanent monitoring device with
sensors mounted on various parts of an engine, will be changing out my harmonic balancer soon and would'nt mind a before and

I've used many times off all the types and brands. The harmonic damper is there to damping torsional vibration. I doubt you will be able to notice a difference with the standard velocity transducer/accelerometer.

At speeds from 20 to 45MPH, I hear a low frequency vibration. Should I be concerned?
