Mirror control knobs

Does anyone know of a source for the knobs that control the mirrors? I tried to use the passenger side knob and it came off in my hand,  looked like PO had glued it on!!!

Does anyone know if the light in these control knobs can be replaced separately?  On mine one light works and one does not.

We had a knob split down the middle but a little superglue and it was and is like new.

I superglued mine and hit with some spray paint. Used clothes pin for holding it together while drying. Had to fill one of them with epoxy after gluing to fill void. Working for four months.

FT parts told me last week that the bulbs are replaceable and they have them in stock

I just bought two of the knob only units from Ramco.
The knobs were about $6 each, the Shipping for the two was over $16, outrages!
