VMSpc showing clutch plate wear condition low voltage error code

Got the above code on VMSpc. looking at the error code history there was a previous one for high voltage reading a month ago.Must not have triggered the check engine light because I didn't notice the error message. Where would I go to get this checked. Is this an engine or transmission issue? It popped up starting it in my driveway this morning along with the check engine light. Thanks for any input.

Easy to see if this is an Allison diagnostic code:

Ignition ON, engine OFF.

Push up and down arrows on the Allison shift pad at the same time.

Do it again.

That will bring up "d-1" and any stored diagnostic code.

If there is one, write it down and push the mode button to go to the second diagnostic code (d-2 followed by any stored code.

Repeat until "d- some number" and - - comes up.

Look in your Allison owners manual or on their website for their codes.

When finished, just turn off the ignition.
