Hard to find a 36'  WTBI.  Walk thru bath makes it roomier than the other 36' Grand Villas.  Looks pretty much original and in great shape. A few upgrades, high air intake, six speed, exhaust brake, make it very appealing!

Decent price; I paid just about that, but it had fresh paint, stripes, tires, AC, furnace, range, fridge, etc. It also came with these!:

Exactly like our U300. Love the layout except for the oval table. Not a lot of upgrades in this one. No solar, 4K TV, etc. A 50" 4K will easily fit in where the mirror is  without sticking out in the passage way. AC, fridge look original.

How about the undercarriage? Bulkheads, photos of the engine compartment, generator, propane/fuel tank compartment?
