Water tank overflow tube/discharge

 Good morning everyone ,
 I'm trying to locate the overflow tube for my water tank .  I don't see it from the top of the tank and can't find a discharge on either side of the coach in the bays. 
 When I fill the tank I do wait for it to be full on the indicator which may not be 100% accurate .  I also keep the kitchen faucet slightly open during the filling process .
 While drying up both sides of the tank bay floors  I realize that both sides of my pump go into this piece of equipment which I don't know what it is.
 Can someone please identify it  and it's purpose ?

That is likely your solenoid fill valve.  It opens when you press the momentary fill valve switches, one under the sink and one in the wet bay on mine.  It should close by itself when the tank is nearly full if your tank level sensor is working correctly. 

The overflow tube is on the top of the tank on our coach and exits near the top of the rear bulkhead.

Water should not be on the floor in this bay.  If there is more than just a very little bit find out why.

That is your fill valve.  Solenoid plus mechanical if needed (you can tighten the top part like a spigot to shut it off if the solenoid fails or there's leak-through).

Fresh tank overflow on a 2003 is a pale green and white ribbed hose.  Been a while, but look in the rear wheel wells for the discharge point.

If you have the original Javalina/Audit tank monitor system, whether the empty and full marks are accurate depend entirely on who did the calibration.  It involves emptying and filling all three tanks, you can't just recalibrate one at a time.  An impatiently-done procedure will result in inaccurate results (plus it's really hard to tell when the black and grey are full unless you have a manometer device).
