These are 2 different publications. One (shop manual) will enable you to do whatever is needed with the engine. Adjust valves, injectors, fan belt proper adjustment, and so on.
The other is owners manual for the Isuzu 3lb1, and its sister engines.

I have also purchased recently
Waterpump
Thermostat
Radiator cap
Fan belt
Fuel pump
Racor style fuel filter
All outside the Power Tech umbrella. Sorry but cost and quality are important. Have posted on other generator topics these numbers and locations. The water pump does look rebuild capable. Will look for kit if one is on market.

Thanks for posting the repair manual. Great resource and much appreciated. I have my generator out of the coach and re-insulating, painting and relocating radiator. I have not been able to find a source for the exhaust flange gasket. PowerTech does not carry. Four bolt, bolts on 2" centers, 1 3/4" hole. Mine can be reused, but since I'm replacing, mounts, hoses, belt, thermostat it would be nice to replace the gasket.

This is one possibility.
Provide picture of current gasket.
Hunt at tractor part houses. Also marine supply houses.
Small diesel engines are used in boats (sail), tractors, riding lawn mowers, some generator applications.
My bet is a kubota gasket will match up.
Also john Deere, Yanmar big supplier of small diesels, kubota I have a tractor also.
There are very good online tractor part houses.

Absurd price. Believe this shows where gasket would go. 

It might be better to go with new from engine exhaust setup. Using more common attachment. If this is uncommon. Just storming ideas.

Found this one also. Mentions exhaust. I would send message asking for what you seek. Include photo. Also maybe post picture here.
