Idle speed

Talking with a former owner the other day and he said there was a way to set a higher idle speed with the transmission keypad or perhaps the cruise control but could not remember how to do it. Does anyone know. I looked for the secret switches under the dash and did not see those either, remember one was supposed to be for the high idle.
Would be nice to be able to temporarily set the idle a bit higher to get the air pressure built up a bit quicker.
Thank, windwalker
