Next problem,the 12 volt system

Our 12 volt Spyder system went down. We found a wire in the main panel located in the closet that was loose, got it repaired and as we were checking various buttons on the wall panels, poked the master disconnect switch.  Everything went down again and it didn't come back up when the switch was poked in the on position. Our wonderful RV tech was able to find a control knob in the DS bay that should reset, but isn't doing its job. He somehow jumped it and got power back into the coach. As long as we don't touch the master disconnect switch, the Spyder system works for lights and water pump.
Our tech is very puzzled over this switch. Is there a solenoid or a relay that we need to find?

I would call FOT or Aubrey at MOT. He is an electrical expert on these.
