Maxxair or maxxair 2 any opinions

Thinking about getting a max air cover for the vent fan in the bathroom and I see there are 2 choices, the maxxair and the new and improved maxxair 2. Any opinions on them about which one is the best for my 2000 U320 as far as fit and usability.

I installed the Maxxair II to replace the old and weathered Maxxair that was covering our Fantastic Fan.  Easy installation and a nice feature is that on one side the pins are easily removed to allow access for cleaning, etc.  As I recall the price difference was not great for the two models.

Being able to quickly tilt or take off the screen is a quite nice feature.
Seems no matter how it is mounted there will be bugs, leaves, and just plain crap get inside the vent cover and usually end up on your fan screen. Get whichever is easiest to open for cleaning.
I bought the Camco model with the removable louver/screen feature. If I had known the Maxair II was available back then I would have bought that one.
George is 200% right. Go with the Maxair II.
