Admittance Valve, black, grey vent, slow drain, odor
Am I missing any other vent air valves? My bathroom sink and shower drain seemed slow to drain and gurgle, no hair or other known blockage. I also had tank odor in the kitchen.
Now after replacing these valves they are draining freely. Causing the odors in the kitchen, that valve was totally deteriorating and leaking. It is now new
I replaced the following vents in the pictures, one next to the bathroom sink and to the right of removed drawers on pass side which is between the kitchen and bathroom sink, to the right of the drawers, serves the bathroom sink.
The forth picture is the valve under, and to the right, of the kitchen sink. It appears it may be too low, it was wet inside on the seal, the seal was the only one found deteriorated. I also now plan to raise it approx. 6 inches.
Another valve replaced is in the picture with all the vertical pipes on the drivers side. (combo washer/dryer removed as well as side panel removed) I am thinking maybe a forth valve was on the back wall and replaced when it was plumbed for the all in one washer/dryer.
The drivers vent appears to now be the only valve serving both the shower and the washing machine drain. I will continue to monitor this admittance valve, and posible replace it with the following higher capacity Studor Mini Vent than the ones I used for replacement.

Four vertical pipe photo: pipe to right is the combined gray and black vent that goes up thru the roof. At the bottom it is connected to shower and washing machine drains, also the vent system of pipes to the left are attached.
The rv originally came plumbed for combined washer/dryer from factory. Foretravel in 2004 for previous owner installed stacked washer dryer creating a new attachment of a washer drain, ptrap, to the bottom of the vent pipe that is to the right in the picture. In 2017 I went back to new combo washer/dryer to regain storage above washer.
It appears I have found the only three vent valves on my 1997 U295. Do you know of another (especially looking for another for the shower)?
