Until you get your coach weighed (hopefully at all 4 corners) the safest answer is to inflate tires to pressure shown on the metal manufacturer data plate (usually mounted on wall next to driver seat). The pressures on that plate will safely support your coach at maximum GVWR (assuming you still have the OEM size tires). The ride might be a little stiff, but it will steer very nicely.
Note that tire pressures are set when tires are COLD. This time of year, where you live there may be big swings in temperature between morning and late afternoon. Don't worry about that. Set the tire pressures early in the day, before the sun starts hitting the tires, and you are good to go. If, later in the day you are driving at highway speeds in much warmer air, the tire pressures will increase quite a bit. This is totally safe - the tires (and wheels) are designed to handle this change in pressure.
