Dash Warning Lights

I have a small issue with my dash annunciator panel.  I've attached two pictures.  The first picture shows panel when started up cold and air pressure building.  The "Air Press" light is full bright as it should be.  The "Oil Press" and "Water Temp" have low level bleed through type of light showing.  Second picture shows panel after Air Press has reached normal pressure.  The other two remain faintly lit.  The steam gauges have always been correct as far as I know.  I have messed with the modular plug under dash at back of annunciator panel with no success.  I am assuming a bad ground for water temp and oil press.  Am I correct in thinking the signal for each comes from a common sender?  Anybody seen this before on their coach?

In the photos, the oil press light seems quite bright, but not at bright as the air press light, which is correct.

A bad ground is the first thing for which I'd look.
