The other end

Looking for the other end of this antenna if any member has one to sell.
Not for actual use, a complete antenna would just look better than this stub sticking out.

Thanks in advance

Why not just unscrew the stub and silicone over the hole.

Looks like the old style antenna that you could adjust the angle. Probably find one at a salvage yard or a new one at a parts store.

Not a bad idea, I might do that if nothing is found.

The name under it is New-Tronics Corp.

A trucker store (chrome shop) that handles CB radios might carry them, as well as place that sells amateur radio (ham) gear.

Flexible AM/FM Antenna w/ 156" Cable - REI

I downloaded the audio video catalog. No prices listed. Also the catalog is in negative video. But they have some very intresting products. Shark fin antenna, overhead mount for radio, cameras with 170 degree view and more.  Many split ball base antennas

I think the mount is similar to a GCM-1 mount and uses the RTG-27L center loaded CB antenna.  The catalog describes it as a 1" ball.

Took the stub off and sealed up the hole.
Now I can carry that part into a store, when I find one, and get the other end.

Thanks all

If you are not going to utilize the antenna, another good option is to remove the base and use it as a pattern to make a "block off plate" from thin-gauge aluminum painted to match the gel coat. Bed in polysulfide and use ss screws to mount in the original holes.

Thanks Brett,
At some point I'd like to get it working again, just a low priority right now.
