Austin Power Generation for work on Kubota

Hi -
I have a Kubota generator problem. It starts but does not produce power. Has anyone ever had work done at Austin Power Generation in Austin Texas? I am setting up an appointment for troubleshooting and would like to know if anyone has experience with them.

Have you turned the "on generator" two breakers OFF and back ON?

No, but I would recommend why Brett is telling you. He is a guru!

Me, not being a guru, I took mine to CantwellPower in Fort Worth, and they were great! I highly recommend them!

Have them the radiator and remove squirrel cage and clean while it's there for service! Keep it breathing well!

Good luck! Let me know if you come to Cowtown!

Spoke with Kathleen yesterday.

Both shore power and generator power are not reaching the coach.

Things these two separate sources have in common (yes, always start with most likely-- not two simultaneous unrelated failures):

ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch
Wiring from ATS to main 120 VAC breaker box
Main connections in main breaker box
