Lithium battery update

Just came from the Battleborn booth at the big tent. They are coming out with a 8D size 250 AH battery internally heated in the near future. I will wait for the price on that one before making my battery choice. The 100 AH are selling at the tent for $849. Other information I gathered there on the future of lithium is very interesting. Something along the way of better control of the different manufactures amp rating policy, by some government agency.

My thought when I bought the 8D's last year was hopefully by the time these bite the dust the lithium will be a little more reasonable

I wonder when and if someone will copy/make Tesla style li ion battery banks.  The cells seem to be immersed in some kind of a liquid and temp controlled.  I think I have seen where some have reported that the Tesla batteries are hooked up to the cars a/c system.

Their powerwall also has a circulation fan built in.
