Furnace Hoses and vents

We removed our sofa and now need to do something with the hoses from the furnace as we will be putting in theater seating.

Is it feasible to build a box behind the theater seating and have the 3 hoses feed it and have 2 vents at the other end?

There may be a possibility of bringing one vent through the center console, but I'm not sure I can bring myself to put a hole in the leather!

Why insulate the box? It is inside the coach, isn't it? The heat will go into the coach irregardless of insulation or not.
(might make a nice foot warmer or mitten drier in cold weather)

Jimmy, can you post a photo of what the lines look like now?  Do you all have a fan associated with the removal of the couch as well?  I know you don't have aqua hot, but do you remember how we fixed ours?  If you want, send me an email with photos.

We assumed (that's bad, huh?) that we would need to protect the wall, wiring below and leather!

I would build a small diverter box behind the seating to control the direction of air flow

Thermal insulation is not really required, but I would suggest using some just to absorb furnace fan noise.

Just build you a 4x8 or so chase and put the vents where you want them. I'm thinking about doing the same thing, to get rid of the couch

I was warned by one of the older guys at FOT years ago to NOT put anything on the flex heater tubing coming from the heater box. Supposedly the restriction could negatively affect the furnace heater life.

Or at least the same sq inches of vents (more if a longer run). Remember, your propane furnace has a high-temp cut off.  Restrict either intake or exhaust and it will not perform as designed.
