Here is one idea but only meant to cheer you up. Commode problems in an RV can be a real pain in the backside and also where the wallet resides.
Hope someone answers your post. I know that others have posted issues with the same model commode as yours. Maybe do a search?

I think someone else had the same question a week or two ago. Anyhow, this Sealand toilet will work fine as long as toilet isn't located far from the black tank. I wish I had a photo to share with you of when I took a sledge hammer to our Microphor. A good day.

Not sure how the configuration of your commode to black tank is, but many of us remove the microphor commode and install a 320 Dometic.  It is elongated and ADA height, which for us old people is nice on the knees!  Best up grade we have done in our coach!

I agree with juicesqueezer.

Dometic was an excellent  upgrade we did this change to Dometic 320.  Was done to avoid issues on the road two years ago. This is for all with a direct drop from toilet to black tank.

Do not ignore using the Dometic adapter kit.  Made installation easy and alot more stable.
Changed out toilet, Sealand 510 for Dometic 320

If your current toilet is not directly over the tank inlet then don't use a typical RV toilet.  My LazyDaze had 2 90ยบ elbows with a typical RV toilet and it was a pain to keep it from getting plugged.  You had to fill the toilet bowl before flushing for it to flush.  Not a great option if trying to dry camp for a few days.
What about a marine toilet?

We installed a Thetford Tecma a couple of years ago and it has worked well for the most part. I think I need to increase the size of the power wire coming from the fuse panel. When we are not connected to shore power and the voltage is a bit lower the toilet does not flush as well.

Ed, is yours a direct drop?

No, there are two or three 90 degree elbows before it gets to the top of the tank.

My configuration for the drop into black tank is a sweep back toward the inside of the coach and the Dometic still works great!

So, in other words, no it is not a direct drop into tank.  Hope this helps those looking to upgrade and yes, the plate for the Dometic is also a nice feature and allows the commode to sit flush on the tile floor when installed!
