Have you tried playing with the raise button? Do you know for sure that the coach starts to drop back down when it is released? The reason I ask is that there are two different "styles" of raise controls used on HWH panels.
On the earlier coaches, the button is a momentary switch. When released (with ignition switch on) the system tries to return to ride height.
At some point in time, HWH started fitting locking raise controls. With this setup, the coach will remain in the fully raised position when button is released (even if the engine is running), and coach can be moved (slowly) without having to hold the button down.
Just thought I would mention this, in case you might have a locking button on your coach.
