Anyone know what these are

These are in the bedroom of my 2003 u320. One is on the wall the other is in the overhead compartment. Anyone know what they do???

What is inside box? 

Powered from battery or 120v?

Take em out, put them in the garage.  See what doesn't work.  Probably nothing you need.

Barry put a sticker on his. It says wireless glass breaker sensor/transmitter Channel 0 Zone 1

Looks like a ducted ac/heat pump sort of system, Check around the coach for a remote or/and paperwork.
