Fantastic Fan maintenance.

So, I got REALLY  bored today and decided to clean my fantastic fan.  Yea. It was YUCK.
Any hoo, on the speed control are a pair of wire resistors to control the speed.  Above that was a wire heat vent to keep them from letting smoke out.
Mine was clogged.  May be worth a look.

So......I hope you did not let any of the "magic smoke" out.
