Water Periodically Bubbly or Aerated?

Any ideas?  Previous pump was on it's way out.  I replaced  the pump and my accumulator tank.  My kitchen sink will Periodically start bubbling when turned on. Almost like foam but it appears to be a zillion air bubbles. Bathroom  sink is fine, shower is fine and then sometimes the toilet does the same upon filling the bowl ... I assumed it was due to the failing pump sucking air or something?  It does not happen all the time just Periodically.  I drained, sanitized and flushed my fresh water tank and lines, left fresh water tank empty hooked up to campground water with my regulator set at 40 psi but still bubbly here and there?  If I use fresh water tank and pump I can use system, turn off pump for extended period of time and return later to use water faucet and system is still pressurized  to wash hands before pump kicks on so I do not think I have a leak anywhere but it must be sucking air somewhere?

What does it look like if you put it in a glass and let it settle out?

I just went to fill a cup with water and of course it is functioning proper at the moment. I will fill a glass next time it acts up and see what it looks like after it settles.  I am confident the system is clean. I justI read T Man's link and that does fall in line with my issues. I do believe I starting noticing this shortly after dewinterizing but again thought my pump was causing it?
