Remodel Queen Island Bed or a Bed slide into a King


Asking if anyone has remodeled either their Queen Island Bed or Queen Bed in a Bed Slide - to a King Bed?

Is this something that would be easy to do yourself or not?

Not a king, but we recently changed our old rounded end Queen to a Standard Queen Nectar, and WOW, what an upgrade!

We don't even notice the square ends of the normal mattress, only about an inch or two difference.

Another guy here had a custom foam mattress made for his.

I guess it really depends on your model as to what will fit.
