Hastings filter products

I see Hastings brand is much cheaper than Napa or Wix or Donaldson. Anyone know if they are as good as the others? What is the best airfilter for the Cummins 8.3?

Guess you didn't see my Wix vs Donaldson air filter comparison. The Donaldson (blue) is light years better than the Wix. Spend some pocket change or perhaps $30K. Unlike Roger, I was very lucky when our collapsed. Roger had a good insurance company too so it was mostly time wasted.

I ordered the Wix-Napa Gold 2611. It has bands around it to keep it from collapsing and looks strong. When it shows up, I'll compare it.

dan,if you can,take and post a picture of your filter setup,if like mine you have the side intake and a Donaldson separator which
greatly decreases the chance of water getting to your filter.

The Donaldson blu tech traps much more and finer dust and passes more air at the same time for more performance.  Extra .9 on their filtering charts
