Shocker air bag hitches

Has anyone on here had any experience using a shocker hitch setup on their foretravel to reduce the shock from towing a trailer?  I am considering the purchase of a trailer mounted one to install and use. 
I figure anything that reduces the shock cannot be a bad thing.  Actually feel that it's another way to pamper my sweet old gal.

Find a bulldog hitch, they're drop forged rather than pressed plate and fit snugly. There's a horse shoe clamp that takes the slop out of the hitch to chassis receiver and if your ball is well lubed you're good to go. Much of the slack/slop in towing is where the hitch and receiver connect. IMHO

My friend runs a Shocker on his F450 to tow his Airstream Trailers (Independent shop) and swears by them

Gen-Y Torsion is a well-received option.

I have not had the hitch type you are talking about but had the same idea on three large trucks (KW's) towing large travel trailers, it was a home made design I had and got it professionally welded up.
Used an air bag and two shock absorbers on a hinged bar, it really made a huge difference for the trailer, much less up/down shock passed from the truck to the trailer, and the trailer could not be felt when towing.
Anything that can soften the yawing movement has to be a good thing.
