Retarder Valve Solenoid Assembly

When we arrived at the campground the other day, we noticed air blowing loudly. We usually hear some air for a few seconds, but this is going on for minutes. Finally got to look and it's coming from the Hydraulic Accumulator / Retarder Valve Solenoid Assembly.

The Facebook group has given us steps forward and even found us the correct replacement part!

Our steps:
1. Add a drop or two of oil to see if it would free up - didn't work
2. Test the coil
3. Take the valve apart and clean
4. Replace

We got the coil off, but pieces fell before we could see how it all went together. Can anyone give me the correct order? Mostly mystified by "D"...
Will have to drive over 100 miles to get some bigger tools to get the valve off as it won't budge with what we have. Sigh.
Glad we have a few months to resolve this!

We ordered a new one as this one is still not working correctly.
FedEx lost the package.
eBay filed a claim.
FedEx found it.
Delivery Wednesday... if they can find Big Bend.
