Where can I buy the shower hose for the 91 GV

The plastic shower hose broke off. Tried two shower heads, they all don't fit.

Typical shower head using 1/2 connector size.

I think this GV is using 1 inch connector size

It seems to be unnecessary to use such big hose for a mote home.

Where can I buy one?

Get a pvc bushing 1" to 1/2"

Just came back from Home Depot. The gentleman can't find any pvc adapter from 1 inch female to 1/2 mail

Needs other option.

I don't think the setup you have is stock. I have a different floor plan so the shower configuration might be different but all of my stuff is standard home plumbing. I have a shallow tub with a tub spout. The shower hose attaches to a 1/2" nipple on the bottom of the spout. A pull knob directs it to the hose.
If you can get access to the backside see what's going on there. You might be able to change it back to 1/2" (assuming it was that way originally).
Please note that each Foretravel can be quite unique with each typically special ordered from the factory; not to mention what prior owners may have changed on it over the past 29 years.

I am unable to find a threaded female 1" to 1/2" male adapter.

Anyone with similar year grand villa, can you check your shower hose?

What year is your GV ?
I removed the original lift up tap for the shower and left the hot/ cold control then ran the shower hose with a few couplings direct. If that makes any sense?

If I am seeing what I think I am seeing the part in your picture is cut or broken off of the whole piece. If this is the case either go back to Home Depot or go online and do a search for:

Internet #204836713Model # PVC021121800HDStore SKU #796841

This will thread into a 1" Female and allow you to thread a male 1/2" into it.

What crane man is showing you is a way around your problem, use the reducer then put a 1/2 pipe nipple in there and attach the shower hose.
PS. what year is your GV ?
Then I see 91, just old and in the way !

Your post didn't have a link so I didn't search it. Sounds like the same thing will work. My link is no longer showing the adaptor now. Can't trust the internet keep something. Just realized if it sold it would not show up.

Went to another Home Depot. Still can't find 1 inch threaded female to 1/2 threaded male.

The picture you just posted will help. I have been looking for an adaptor for your white piece you posted first.

I went with an extra long hose so that I could mount the shower above my head. Hanging at face level didn't work for me .

Just called PPLmotohome in houston, they claim they have the largest RV parts in stock, but they can't find anything for this particular shower head.

At the back of the part it has PAT. 3913605.

Figured it out he is just missing the spigot with shower diverter. Sent him a pic of mine and he now understands.
