Recycled air bags

So I changed out left front airbags today. Too good to toss old bags. Would make a great temporary repair bag. Just put inboard of failed bag and air up. Change later when you can.

Two combined would make a cheap light air jack for your coach. My 22ton jack weighs 90 lbs. would be way less. Gearwrenches modified wrenches worked great . Socket for fitting makes it real easy.

Ended up shortening the big gear wrench 3/4 of a inch to clear. Still get 8-10 clicks per rotation. Worked well for the right front on neighbors 2002 295. Did three bags on his today in about three hours. Getting easier as we go.

Excellent job on the tools. I just shorted a combination wrench but yours looks a lot faster. +++

What are the sizes of the two modified wrenches?  Also how long?

Think Snap-on may sell one like that but beware of the Snap-on price.

Couple days late, been a long week battling the U320. So the shortened length ended up being 3 inches for the 1 1/8 and 3.5 " for the 3/4 however it too can be three inches also. More room for it. Not a factor. I had several extra 5/8 impact sockets that I cut the square drive off of.
