Window Issues

My new to me coach sat for about ten years. When I opened the windows the bottom slide inserts not sure the right name of them, but they all slide with the windows now I can't get them back in. Any advice on repairing this?

Spray silicone with the wand that comes with many now. Fold wand up 90 degrees and you have a controlled application.

I would think you could lift up on the window and slide the inserts back under the window frame..  You might need something to push the last few inches.  popcycle stick or similar
