Mysterious Note left in Inverter bay by technician

I discovered the attached note in my Inverter bay left by a technician.  I do not know what it is referring to.  I contacted the service manager at the shop where the coach had been but he said he did know what it meant either and that the tech who wrote it had retired!  Can anyone tell me what this means?
Thank you,
Frank

If you have yellow lights that come on  the HWH keypad when you're out of level, I'd say it's fixed.

I googled ap26602. Says it's an HWH control box. From the note it looks like a box problem?
There was a used box listed  there also.
