Any guessing is irrelevant without codes. Look at the inside-of-the-dash momentary switches to help show the codes or get VMSpc to read the actual Cummins codes.
That said, given you mentioned it took longer to start than usual, that will sometimes mean low voltage/low engine speed and once the chassis batteries are fully charged (or you use the boost switch to charge), and you restart, you won't have a CEL.
