Air Tank Drain Valves

I searched this but didn't see any results with the valve configuration I have. They are spring loaded vent/drain valves that are cable operated. Is this a common configuration in the older GVs? Anyone have part number data?

Common for more than GV. Every Motorhome and Diesel semi I've owned are equipped with them for draining moisture from the tank. Most any auto parts store will stock.
