Neutral hold override switch

In a moment of motivation I removed my failed HWH computer and sent to HWH for repairs. Tonight I figured I'd pull the coach under the cover and plug it back in. To my surprise it wouldn't go into gear. The neutral override switch has been removed and shipped off. It looks like there are two wires that go to it. 9955 and 9961. Currently they are disconnected. The manual does not go into detail on it. I would speculate that they connect together, but they may be looking for a ground or power or both. Contacted my Allison rebuilder and he said that they go together. Made up jumper with three amp fuse and it shifted into gear as normal. Later models with the reset button can be tricked into gear by holding reset while running and shifted into gear so I read.  Please note that my air ride  was in ride height prior to moving and manually verified up.
