Wiper replacement

I can't find a wiper to fit in that little sleeve with the little cylinder and secured by a nut and bolt.
I can make one work but I would have to pull out a reveted part on a new one.  Any ideas.

I use a AN 3/16 bolt and locknut to retain a standard style replacement.
  You may have to drill out the pin hole .

It should be a  TRICO 67-261 some coaches have the  TRICO 67-241 the difference is in the length.
