Lost shore power to coach

Lost shore power to coach, but generator is providing power.  What do I need to check?  Shore power is going into coach, but not providing electricity.
Thanks, Mike

Do a search on automatic transfer switch or ATS to find out how to troubleshoot.

Mike,  With generator OFF, check 120 vac into transfer switch and 120 vac out.  My guess is the relay is not engaging to pass the power through to the coach.  All the best solving this issue.

Craneman has already suggested the same thing.

In addition to the check of the relay in the transfer switch...

Any chance you have either a Progressive EMS type device hardwired or the Maverick transfer switch that has the big orange over/under voltage relays in it?  If so and shore power is low voltage, devices like those won't pass power.

Showing my ignorance:  where would the transfer switch be located?

Under and at the foot of the bed passengers side.

Got it. Thanks.  After running genset for a while and after shut down, shore power is back on.  Any idea what this would indicate?

On my coach, there are 2 ATS boxes installed.  Is this normal?

YES.

One for shore power vs generator.

The other for "either of the above" vs inverter.
