I've been using one and it does what it's designed to do very well but ... a couple of zerks are harder to get on because of the increased length.  Still using it though especially for those driveline yokes that take about a pound of grease.

I bought one of these with the same brand polish and wow...cleaning the wheels was a breeze. Worth every penny

Recently replaced my grease gun zerk adapter. This was six dollars and ive used for a couple months and really like. Was a little difficult to use the first time but once the seal was seated it works better than anything ive used before. Great on the coach.  Easy and secure when installed and effortless to remove

I have a similar LockNLube coupler on 2 grease guns.  It definitely helps.  The additional rigid length and/or diameter does occasionally limit their use.
