Realm vs. others

What are anyone thought about the overall build and quality of the Realm as compared to a Newell or Prevost. I'm assuming it is superior to any production coach. Coming from an Entegra Cornerstone and Looking to buy a 22 presidential series soon.  I truly value the experience many of you have. Thank you

I would list the three in my own preference as Newell, Foretravel, and then Prevost. (Prevost is a bus converted to RV and not friendly to any rough roads that are not paved.) We did do a tour of all three manufacturers. Have you?

Chassis is basically the same as the Cornerstone since it's Spartan K3.

Interior build quality/materials are much better in the Realm.  Wiring, etc. is much better in the Realm.

We drove both Realm and Cornerstone several years ago.  Driver visibility was VASTLY superior in the Cornerstone.  We hated the Realm's B-pillar and issues with side visibility (to the point we felt there was much too great a blind spot and would not remotely consider the coach.)  I do not know if they have changed, but drive it first to see how comfortable you feel.

Have not driven a Newell.

Spartan is touting their new K4 chassis as exclusive to Foretravel. There are notable differences between the K3 and K4 chassis if you compare them: Foretravel Realm FS6 - Spartan RV Chassis

The first time I sat in both at MSHRV I thought the same thing.  Now that I own one  I never notice it.

I thought you owned an IH-45.

The visibility for a Realm driver is different (and much worse than an IH, at least in the 2016-2018 model years)

Then I might not know what I am talking about .  I do own a Ih45  and it was a Realm  I was sitting in at Mhsrv where I notice the difference  with the Cornerstone but have not notice with my ih45

The Realm, at least back then, had a very different driver "feel" than the IH.  The IH was more "traditional Foretravel".

Foretravel appears to really enjoy adding confusion. They changed the meaning of the model name "Realm" and it's now nearly impossible to figure out which "Realm" someone is discussing!

I would expect that's RV Retailer LLC/RV One/MHSRV calling the shots on the coaches - an extension of MHSRV designing the original Realm and them now owned by RV Retailer.

Once again just my opinion—but I don't think this kind of marketing mess bodes well for Foretravel's long-term prospects.
