Is my EIN missing?

I thought it was supposed to be on a plate somewhere along the area indicated in my photo. Am I mistaken? This is an M11

Mine is right under the ISM logo. That wire run might be covering it up.

Yes, I did. I gave the whole thing a pretty good inspection and didn't see it. It's dirty back there though so now that I now exactly where to look I'll do a double take. The whole reason I'm trying to find the EIN is so that I can source the book that tells me where the EIN is  :headwall:

Agree with above comments.  According to the book diagram, the data plate should be hiding right behind the ribbed plastic wire covers.

If I blow up your photo, I think I can see the top of a metal plate (or a decal) right where my yellow arrow points.

If I blow up your photo, I think I can see the top of the metal plate right where my yellow arrow points.

Thanks Chuck. You might be right. There's a fair bit of paint flaking and corrosion (as evidenced in the picture) so I may have seen the signs for it and written it off as that. I'll have to get down in there and give it a scrubbing, maybe it's hidden under some grime.
