Splendide 2100XC

I have had two of these washer/dryer in a 5th wheel, and in my Foretravel.
My question is that both have on association when not on, started clicking and and making noise like it is running through a cycle for maybe 2-5 seconds and stops. It may only do this once or twice a week or not do it for weeks. It works fine when in use. This is when hooked up on a pedestal with no known voltage problems.

Mine does that if the shore power has a faulty neutral or open ground....also if hooked up to a Honda generator without the neutral/ground shorting plug.  How do you know your pedestal power is okay?

I am using a Progressive Industries EMS and check for faults before I hook the coach up. This may not be fool proof but the problem has happened at other campgrounds and sites even in different campers. I was just wondering if others had the problem and if there was something I could do to stop it, at two or three in the morning isn't a time I enjoy hearing it. lol
