Manibloc system & outside faucets

Hi everyone, trusting you are well.
Does anyone know who is the manufacture of the outside faucets on a Foretravel 1997 U295.
Also, on the manibloc system, has anyone had a break on the small black pins to turn on or off, the cold & hot.
Thanks,
Alexander

Lots of the diamond pins twist off on my manabloc.  I've ordered replacement valve inserts on amazon.  You can get the kit bellow as well as the valve bodies alone.  The newer design has a more robust pin and this kit includes the handle and removal tool.

Morning,
I just finished replacing all the manibloc valves with the new ones. The black ones as you stated just keep breaking.
The change was really simple, easy and effective. Also replaced all the Cirque Bg/10 1/2" Saniprene Seal 06435 at the same time.

If your faucet just leaks you can buy new cartridges for them for around 30 bucks. I just went to local plumbing supply house, not the big box stores, and they ordered it. My handles were loose and leaking.

Some members have been successful at getting Moen to honor its lifetime guarantee, sending them free cartridges.

Not me.

Without starting a new topic, I wanted to revive this one. I have removed the faucet since it was a source of leaking. And the handles are not comforting to me, as there is a danger of accidental turning on. I would like to replace the faucet with something safer, like valves. I'm having trouble removing the collars that the faucet connects to on the panel. Are there any tricks to removing them so I can use a normal gate or ball valve and/or have more options? It seems impossible to find anything to thread directly into the collars for the faucet, so I assume I really need to just get the collars off of the panel. For now, I have to either put the faucet back on or be without water.

Thanks

If I'm not mistaken, Moen has a lifetime warranty and has been honored and replaced by some foretravel owners in the past.

What coach do you have? If you have a Manibloc you can just shut the water off to the faucet and still have water to the coach.

If I remember correctly I went by another members suggestion on the forms of how they did it. I think it's Chuck and Janine but I am not 100% sure. Basically I just use PEX on off valves that you can get at Lowe's or home depot. I put them in the holes that the faucet came out of and just to use the crimp on PEX connector half inch. I don't remember how it was connected to the back of the Moen faucet and I wish I had kept my faucet and at some point try to get it fixed but I was in the middle of a divorce and needing to move quickly so it got left behind.
You can get one blue and one red and it's a half turn off and on. You just need a pex crimping tool and some crimps which are half inch. Then if you get yourself a connection I think that is meant for a washing machine that has two female ends connecting into one which is a male and you can connect them together and then connect the hose to that. I wish it was a little bit longer but either way it works for me. If you do a search I'm sure you'll find my original post on it and Chuck's post as well.

Following Chucks lead we did this, the cold water side also acted as "city water" connection if needed.
To this day we haven't used the outside faucet.
