How do you keep track of your RV maintenance?

Hi everyone,
How do you keep track of maintenance on your RV?
Do you have a log book?
Do you use an app?
Do you just go through your receipts?
Do you use a spreadsheet?

I use a logbook. And keep receipts in a folder in the coach.

Google Spreadsheet so I can't lose it and it syncs with my phone

Get a paint marker(not magic marker) and write the date and info on the filter,simple.

Just keep a log book in a word document on my lap top. Also has contact information for various vendors going back 20 years. Most numbers are still good.

I keep a google spreadsheet with a tab for mileage log, maintenance log, part numbers and chassis info, and one for notes on specific topics I find online and don't want to forget. Best thing about it being a google sheet is it's always backed up in the cloud and I can access it from my phone if need be.

I use an App called Autosist. Simple Fleet Maintenance Software and Management System works great for me; sends me texts for time change items, tracks fuel mileage etc. You can set up any items that you like ( I also use it to track things like cleaning the pool filters) pretty handy.

Log book on my word processor which I save to a memory stick as well. I also have Carbonite, so WHEN my computer craps out I can retrieve the data. I also save all receipts when I pay for work to be done. (FoT, Mot, Xtreme, etc)

Log book with mileage and date serviced and a folder with all parts bought. Keep it simple.

Theoretically, a sewn binding composition book and black ink. Right hand pages only.

FWIW a year's worth of records in the fuel book, including mileage and generator run time, made it possible for me to build a spreadsheet and separate out the generator fuel consumption with a little math and graph.

Single running spreadsheet for maintenance based on the recommended intervals. Has all years on it and I record mileage/hours when things are done.

Secondary annual "coach list" checklist spreadsheets for what maintenance is needed and desired upgrades/reno's/projects are planned for that year. Anything in that optional group that doesn't get done by the end of the season gets copied into the next year's spreadsheet.

Log book, reciepts, and Black or silver sharpie on all items replaced (Date/mileage). With 12 vehicles service in our household, it gets busy at times.

Be careful. I kept mine in text files on my old computer and the hard drive crashed. The recovered data was corrupted.
