Xtreme Customer Service

I wanted to relate a recent experience I had at Xtreme Paint & Graphics in Nacogdoches. I had a headlight conversion done there awhile back. The weather was bad when I picked up the coach so I didn't look at the work closely. I just assumed that the work would be excellent. When I got home, however, I took a good look and was really disappointed. Had I bothered to inspect it at Xtreme I would not have accepted it.

So I wrote James at Xtreme and included some photos along with my comments. He called me as soon as he received my letter. He agreed with my assessment of the work and invited me back to have it redone as a priority job at any date of my choosing. I did go back and the headlight upgrade is now just as I had expected in the first place. In addition, Xtreme threw in some other work at no cost to me.

Xtreme stands behind their work. I am completely satisfied.

Extreme painted our coach TEN years ago and it looks new, like it just came out of the shop. Great shine, and we get many "I like your paint job" from campground neighbors. Best $20,000 we ever spent. Thanks Xtreme . . .

And we get a hand-written Christmas Holiday card each year, too.
