rear camera mystery solved
I have been having an intermittent rear camera problem. Pulled the panel in the cupboard and checked all the wires. Looked in the dash for a shorted wire, found nothing wrong. When we pulled into our previous campground it was not working and after I turned the engine off I tuned the ignition on to restart and level it was working until the engine started. Looked at the voltage on the VMSpc Roger had set up and had a red warning on "start battery volts" I had noticed it and basically ignored the high voltage or 14.8 as I had reset the regulator to 14.2 with a voltmeter at the batteries when I removed the isolator. Evidently when I set the voltage the batteries weren't topped off. Started the coach this morning and turned the camera on and it was blue screen no signal, reset the voltage to 14.0 came back in the coach and the camera is working. The system must have a protection system to shut it down with high voltage which seems to be anything over 14.6. Just incase anyone else has something not working check voltages, the device might have the same protection.
