Black motor/fan next to aqua hot reservoir?

I'm getting reacquainted with the sounds of my coach and this thing is running continuously with the inverter on. What is it?

First bay on passenger side.

Cooling fan.  Put a ice cube on the button on the box below it, and it will turn off (temporarliy) as verification.  "Might" be a turn screw to adjust temp under the cover of the box.  That is hot 120 volts if shore, generator, or invertor on.

It shouldn't run all the time unless it is very warm in the basement.  I believe the one in my basement comes on at 100 and off at 85.

Heck it may never turn off. I adjusted higher to stop it running all the time.
