08 Nimbus 38' known issues?

Looking at a 38ft Nimbus tomarrow near ocala, fl
Has a 450 cummins, 2 slides no aqua hot..

Looking for a short list to look at known problems.

Is this the motor yr that Brad had his issue with? 40k miles?

I think this is an ISM 450.  Reliable.  Is it a tag?  Should be for the weight.  Look carefully.

Not in 2008.  Would be an ISL.  But what's weird is that 2008 showed either a 500 hp ISM or a 425 hp ISL, but not a 450 hp engine...

Biggest issue with 2008 is serious sidewall delamination that could cost upwards of $30K to repair if it hasn't already been addressed.  Most often shows up around the slideout openings.  Xtreme can detail the issue since they have experience fixing a number of them.  It's also been mentioned a couple of times on the forum.

Just bought a 38' 08 Nimbus... ours has a 425 ISL
