voltage fluctuates

I had the Voltage fluctuate from 11.7 to 14.1 so I changed out batteries, and new alternator today I continued traveling and having similar problems  any thoughts still driving

Could be the battery isolator.

Hi Red, I was talking with Rudy and we were leaning that way. There was another issue with the New Amp-L-Start installed that kept flashing slowly indictating the Start Battery either not connected or improperly wired, which could indicate bad Isolater.  Per Rudy's suggestion I was going to contact Rodger to check on an isolator.
