If you get one from FT it will have all of the parts and mounting plates you need.  Or you can get some actuator from ebay and figure it out yourself.

You probably will not get a spare key fob from FT.  You might get one from some other owner.  I did. Clean the battery connections with a pencil eraser.

If the locking/unlocking system is working with the switch on the side dash it is pretty easy to add a wifi connected device and a phone app to do the same tasks.  And you can make it voice activated if you want.

I've replaced 3 or 4 of mine over the years.  Opted for these actuators.

Really solid construction German made if I'm not mistaken.  Comes with linkage and mounting straps that can be helpful.  With a little puzzle solving skills you can get them attached to the locks readily.  3M VHB tape is a miracle for mounting to the bay door.  You'll have to shave some high spots off the actuator to get it to lay flat, but once you do that it will be securely mounted with the tape alone.  If there's a handy existing bolt nearby, then you can use the straps as well.  Very satisfying and easy job compared to most.
