2000 u320 radiator

Hi,

I have a 2000 u320 built in 1999 which has a leaking radiator.  Do I remove the intercooler and oil cooler from the outside first, or take the whole thing out from the bottom as an assembly.  Any insight would be appreciated.

Thank you.  Dave

Dave,  My radiator, Hydralic fans, charge air cooler and other coolers were removed as a unit.  Once out on the ground, they were seperated and repaired as needed.  Re-assembled as a unit and re-installed.

Very heavy unit, jack needed and strong body or bodies.  Plus the rear tires need to be up about 5 inches to clear the unit coming out.  Ramps under the tires or a jack for changing the tires will provide the added height needed.
